Dear Helix Parents, Students, and Community,
The Helix weight room will be open starting today (6/13/2022) to Helix students and the community on the following schedule:
• Monday through Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
An adult must be present if student athletes are using the space or equipment. Everyone will need to have a new agreement form on file. Forms are available in the weight room or see Cindy in the office.
Please help keep our school and community safe by following the rules and helping sanitize the equipment after each use. Sanitation products will be available in the weight room.
