This year, Helix welcomed an exciting new addition to our school—a brand-new teaching position dedicated to art! We are thrilled to welcome Mrs. Emily McGraw as our new art teacher!
Emily brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Helix. She has previously worked as a teacher in the Pendleton School District and owned her own art studio in downtown Pendleton. We feel incredibly fortunate to have someone with her passion, creativity, and artistic expertise sharing her talents with our students each day.
Students from kindergarten through 12th grade are already having an amazing time exploring their creativity, learning about art, and bringing their own unique ideas to life through their artwork!
We are excited to provide this wonderful opportunity for our students to discover new talents, express themselves creatively, and develop a lifelong appreciation for the arts. We are so happy to have Emily as part of our Helix family and look forward to seeing all the amazing creations our students will make in the years to come!
