The mission of HCS is to provide for the success of all students by focusing on each student holistically. HCS's goals encompass the various aspects necessary to accomplish this, including critical thinking skills, literature and language, music education, and Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) concepts. HCS believes that if a student is educated across these areas in addition to the core curriculum, they will be well rounded, lifelong learners.
In this endeavor, HCS will seek to maintain the tradition of small class sizes and close staff/student rapport that supports an optimal educational experience. The staff, parents, community members, and affiliated organizations are all encouraged to provide educational partnerships geared toward student success.
