The Helix Charter School Committee currently has a vacancy for a Parent and/or Community Member. The Helix Charter School Committee includes two teachers, one support staff member, three community members, one junior or senior student selected by the Griswold High School ASB, an ex-officio member of the Board of Directors and an ex-officio District Superintendent. Terms of the appointed members will be two years each with appointments made so that, as nearly as possible, the terms of one third of the members expire each year. The applicant must be a parent of a current student or live within the Helix School District boundaries.
