The Helix School District is currently taking bids for the following surplus items:

  • 5 – Promethean Boards
  • 5 – Epson Short Throw Projectors with Mounts
  • 7 – Exercise bikes (3-Welso, 3-Keiser, 1-VitaMaster Air)
  • 1 – Rower
  • 2 – Stair stepper
  • 1 – Bench leg lift
  • 1 – Elliptical machine
  • 1 – Large dumbbell stand
  • 1 – Large 150” projector screen

The entire lot or individual items will be sold as is to the highest bidder. All sealed bids must be in writing and submitted to the Helix School District Office by Friday, May 26, 2023. Bids will be accepted by mail or drop in, but mailed bids must be postmarked no later than Friday, May 26th. Bids will be accepted at the Helix School District Office during regular business hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. All bids will be opened on Wednesday, June 7th at the close of business. The winning bidders will be contacted on Thursday, June 8th and be responsible for payment and removal of all items by Friday, June 16th.
